The Town & Country Stowe is a centrally located select service motel in one of New England's most popular mountain destinations. The under managed asset was redeveloped and expanded with a modern decor and efficient operation to offer market leading value for adventure seeking tourists. The improved guest experience has led to a 3x increase in RevPAR while the implementation of property management automation has led to a significant decline in expenses. The addition of F&B and Events outlets has let to further gains in top and bottom line performance.
The recently completed first phase of the project includes 36 one- and two-bedroom units across 40kSF. Approved permits allow for the construction of a second similarly sized apartment building. The scale and scope of this residential project, the largest in the Town of Stowe, necessitated an acute understanding of local considerations and a disciplined approach to all aspects of permitting and construction. The project successfully delivered energy-efficient rental housing to the supply constrained market.
