E.W. has over 18 years of real estate acquisitions, management and development experience. He began his career in commercial investment sales in Manhattan. From there he transitioned into a portfolio management position at Colony Realty Partners in Boston where he managed acquisitions, valuations and dispositions. After launching a sports events business that brought him to Stowe, VT he soon identified development opportunities in the local real estate market. This led him to the sourcing, underwriting and permitting of a 72-unit multifamily project and 27 unit lodging project in Stowe. Following these projects, he led the acquisition and redevelopment of a 54-key lodging property in Stowe with rooms, F&B and events operating businesses. E.W. graduated from Williams College with a B.A. in Economics.
MATT BITTER
Director, Co-Founder
Matt graduated from the United States Naval Academy and served as a Navy SEAL for over 8 years. He has extensive experience in leadership, financial management, and negotiations. Matt led men in over 100 combat operations and completed three deployments in support of counterterrorism efforts across the globe. He also brings a unique and global perspective to financial management and negotiations. He conducted countless negotiations with national contractors to construct base defense walls, pave roads and build bridges. After completing his last tour as a SEAL Platoon Commander in August 2017, he transitioned into the civilian world. Since leaving the military he obtained an MBA from Wharton prior to joining Blackstone Group in their Real Estate Alternative Asset Group.
